Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline, with at least 3 years of experience in supporting educational technology or e-learning platforms. Essential technical skills include hands-on experience with learning management systems, particularly Moodle, with a strong preference for candidates who have experience in its administration and customization. Proficiency in WordPress or similar content management systems is required, including the ability to customize it using PHP, JavaScript, and CSS, along with familiarity with other website builders such as Wix and Squarespace at an advanced level. Strong communication skills are necessary to provide technical support and training to users, as well as to collect and analyze feedback from stakeholders. The ability to work collaboratively with the project team is essential. Priority will be given to candidates who can demonstrate their web development skills through a portfolio or links to previous work.
The appointee will be responsible for providing technical support to project schools regarding the use of the Centre’s learning design platform and learning management system, i.e. Learning Design Studio and iLAP, collecting and analyzing feedback from stakeholders, and developing design resources with the project team. He/ She will develop online professional development and training materials to support teachers and students in using elearning tools and resources, including AI, for curriculum and pedagogical innovations, The appointee will also be required to create and maintain the Centre’s project websites and support the implementation of different surveys and assessments.
To commence from September 1, 2025 to August 31, 2026.
