Learning should be central to education, but is it? Top researchers on learning and policy leaders will gather in Hong Kong for a dialogue. The theme is how to restore learning as the core of education policy concerns, and to make sure fore-running research results on learning will inform policy-making and impact education. In this public forum, they will share with educators and the general public in Hong Kong their insight and recommendations at the end of the dialogue.
