CAUT-CITE Seminar Series 02 (Interactive E-Learning using Centra)
This 1-hr comprehensive Centra demo/presentation highlights current business collaboration issues and how Centra provides the best knowledge sharing solutions for major enterprises around the globe. Centra features will be demonstrated through a live Internet connection simulating real applications similiar to virtual classroom or conferencing environment. In this event, Tony Poon will act as the remote presenters broadcasting his presentation remotely while participants at HKU can interact with Tony lively through the Internet, using voice, video and other media. The true benefits of live business collaboration will be illustrated.
Tony is an experienced Project Manager at New Modern Technology. He has over 14 years experience in IT industry, and has managed major IT projects with team size ranging from 10 to 20 team members. He is experienced in all phases of applications development life cycle. Aside from his key career objective as a successful project manager, Tony also has keen interest in IT system training and human performance development. His particular focus is on the use of Internet/Intranet to delivery learning, through platform such as Centra. Currently, Tony is in-charge of the e-learning technology implementation in New Modern Technology, which he is responsible to support live e-learning implementation via Centra for key customers.
