The ITEC e-Journal Reboot
Information, Technology and Educational Change (ITEC) is the CITE e-journal which aims to strengthen links between research and practice about IT in education and to stimulate discussion and reflection in Hong Kong and the region. It has been relaunched with revised content and a new format. This seminar reviews these changes and presents the rationale for them. This seminar also highlights problems in re-launching the e-journal and areas for the e-journal's further development.
David Woo is a postgraduate research student in the Division of Information and Technology Studies in the Faculty of Education at the University of Hong Kong. He studies pedagogical support for teaching through technology personnel in Hong Kong schools. He also stewards the ITEC e-journal under the supervision of Dr. Bob Fox. Previously, he has taught in secondary schools and universities in Hong Kong.
