The Faculty of Education will launch a new full-time Bachelor of Science in Information Management programme from September 2005, with an intake of 20 students.
This programme targets the fastest growing component of the modern economy, namely the information sector. In particular, it provides the platform for lifelong learning. The Faculty of Education has longstanding experience in outstanding specialist education. The BSc[IM] capitalizes on the Faculty of Education as a leader in the field of education for information and technology studies. Students interested in advanced study may be able to continue in the Faculty s Master of Science in Library and Information Management (MSc[LIM]) programme.
