Applicants should possess a Doctoral or Master’s degree in Education, Social Science, Computer Science or a related discipline with at least 2 years’ research experience. Those with strong research interest in Computer Science education and/or youth psychosocial development are preferred. They should have experience in quantitative and/or qualitative research, proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese (including Cantonese), and excellent communication skills. Familiarity with the local education environment and curriculum design is highly desirable. Preference will be given to those who have strong research skills (particularly quantitative data analysis and qualitative interviews and coding) and experiences in Computer Science education, project coordination, and event organization such as seminars and conferences.
The appointee will assist the project team to conduct literature review, surveys, interviews, data management, paper-based and online data collection and analysis; organize project seminars; write up project reports and research papers, and handle day-to-day project administration, and perform other duties as assigned.
To start from as soon as possible to August 31, 2024.
